  • You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us prior to returning the item.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Upon receipt of the returned item and verification that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Warranty

Prestigediamondd offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in our jewelry for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESTIGEDIAMONDD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN QUESTION.
